Scholarships are awarded to California students whose parents and/or grandparents are proprietors of, or employed by an individual or corporation holding a California liquor license. Applicant’s eligibility for this program is established through the full time employment affiliation of student's parent/grandparent/legal guardian ONLY. Student employment, and/or employment of relative other than stated, does not qualify.

SEND THIS APPLICATION, ALONG WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS VIA REGULAR US POSTAL MAIL. The US Postal Service offers several options that will allow you to verify delivery of your package to our office on-line. We CANNOT accept registered, receipt requested or other priority mail that requires a signature (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) All applicants will receive a confirmation card from us - indicating that your application arrived in our office by our due date of 2/1/11. The confirmation card will be mailed before 3/1. If you do not receive a confirmation card - we DID NOT receive your application. Please contact us through this website - at the 'contact us' link. You will then need to supply us with proof of mailing. These mailing instructions will remain in effect for all documents required throughout the Christermon Foundation/Beverage Industry scholarship section process.
