Fall Festival Qualifier

Thank you for your interest in registering.

Upon completion of the following you will be directed to the appropriate registration form.

1.

RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2023 FALL FESTIVAL WILL CLOSE TO ADDITIONAL GUESTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2023. Unable to accommodate 'day-of' reservations.


PAYMENT for attending this event is due prior to the event. Invoices unpaid 30 days past event are subject to a 5% late fee. By registering you understand you are responsible for on-time payment and certify that you are authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of the billing party.

On registration form, under Registrant Information section, fill in the address, city, state and zip code for us to email the invoice and event details.

IMPORTANT: If INVOICE for this event is to be sent to a second party, I have inserted the correct name and address on the following registration form, and will insure payment is made in a timely manner.  If your company requires a W-9 form, please indicate on invoice.

Guest names must be submitted by MONDAY, OCTOBER 16.  Otherwise your guests will be listed under your company name. Edits to existing guest names can be made up until 10/16. Reservations close 10/16/23.

Cancellation requests must be received via e-mail to admin@christermon.com)no later than Monday, October 16, 2023 or you will be responsible for the full amount of the fees.

Upon completion of the online registration process  you will receive a purchase notification.  Tickets will not be issued. Guests check in at registration table and receive event information.

7.

I agree to the terms and condidtions above, and will provide complete and accurate billing information on the registration form.
